GCL SI Showcases High-Efficiency BC and TOPCon Portfolio at Middle East Energy 2026

GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (“GCL SI” or “the Company”) concluded its participation at Middle East Energy 2026, held from September 1 to 3 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, showcasing its latest SiRo series photovoltaic modules based on back-contact (BC) and TOPCon technologies.

With module efficiency reaching 24.8% and power output up to 740W across the exhibited portfolio, GCL SI highlighted its continued focus on high-efficiency technologies and application-specific solutions for the evolving solar market in the Middle East.

BC and TOPCon Technologies Address Diverse Project Needs

At the exhibition, GCL SI presented three high-efficiency SiRo series modules: the NR12R/66GDF BC module, together with the NT12R/66GDF and NT12/66GDF TOPCon modules, offering different combinations of power, efficiency and form factor for a range of solar applications.

Based on GCL SI’s GPC 3.0 back-contact technology, the NR12R/66GDF delivers power output of up to 670W and module efficiency of up to 24.8%. By moving electrical contacts to the rear of the cell, the BC architecture eliminates front-side grid lines and increases the light-receiving area, supporting higher conversion efficiency and energy generation.

GCL SI’s TOPCon portfolio provides additional options for different project requirements. The NT12R/66GDF reaches up to 650W with 24.06% efficiency, while the larger-format NT12/66GDF delivers up to 740W with 23.82% efficiency, providing a high-power option for utility-scale solar applications.

Together, the three modules demonstrate GCL SI’s parallel development of BC and TOPCon technologies, enabling customers to select solutions based on specific project requirements rather than a single technology pathway.
